Top Construction Projects
You might have noticed there is a lot of work taking place across the city. Here are some of the City’s bigger projects in progress:
Why Is There So Much Construction?
In 2020, voters sent a strong message by approving the Transportation GO Bond: community members want a safer, better transportation system. We understand that the reality of getting there can be frustrating, and that it often feels like road construction in Bend is never-ending.
To deliver on this goal, you may notice an increase in construction activity around Bend this summer. The map below shows where we’re currently working, and the locations of upcoming projects.
Thank you for your patience as we make key upgrades that will lead to safer roads, improved infrastructure and a more connected community.
