Parking in Downtown Bend is easy and convenient.
Local shoppers and visitors can take advantage of 1,800 free 2-hour on-street parking spaces across The Core of Downtown Bend.
We encourage you to enjoy Downtown Bend’s eclectic variety of restaurants and stores as long as you like, and suggest you take advantage of all day parking in the Centennial Parking Garage or up to 4 hours on our metered parking lots.
The City of Bend offers a variety of parking permits to residents, contractors and local business owners and their employees. Downtown residents and employees can purchase monthly parking permits. Apply for a permit here.

Emergency Snow Zone Parking Restrictions
The Streets and Operations Department has a plan for how we should deal with certain problematic streets where on-street parking during particularly heavy snowfalls have contributed to increasingly narrow and sometimes impassable roads.
Please see the Emergency Snow Zones maps on the Winter Street Operations page for more information.
