The City of Bend offers GIS data and mapping services to internal City staff and the public. GIS is used at the City for daily operations, long term planning, and to help make informed decisions for the benefit of our community. A Geographic Information System (GIS) is a computer system used for collecting, storing, analyzing, and displaying spatially referenced data.
The following services are available:
- Interactive Mapping Applications (Bend Oregon Online Mapper - BOOM) - allows you to view and search a variety of local data.
- Map Library- links to several standard city maps available for download.
Fees for GIS-related products- other maps and GIS data not shown in our online map library may be available from our office for a fee.
