  • Public Hearings on fees and 2019-21 budget

    The City will hold a public hearing on proposed fee changes at 7 p.m. on June 19 in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 710 NW Wall Street, Bend. The proposed fee changes will be effective July 1, 2019.

  • Illegal Fireworks Task Force

    The City is planning to pair Police officers and Fire inspectors for an Illegal Fireworks Task Force to respond exclusively to illegal fireworks calls in late June and early July. The task force will patrol areas where data have shown a higher use of illegal fireworks.

The Neighborhood Leadership Alliance (NLA) provides a direct and continuing means for neighborhood association constituent participation and input to the City Council from a neighborhood and community perspective.


NLA membership consists of one member representing each of the 13 recognized neighborhood associations in Bend. Committee members are recommended by the neighborhood association’s board and appointed by the Mayor with the consent of City Council.
