Common Irrigation Problems Fact Sheet
The City of Bend recommends that irrigation system owners perform regular inspections of their system. The simple yet effective tips can save serious amounts of water when performed regularly. Below are some basic irrigation inspection checklist forms that we encourage homeowners and contractors to use.
Large Landscape Program
Are you a contractor that manages irrigation at a large landscape of one acre or more? If so, the Large Landscape Program may be a great tool to offer your customers. This program pairs water conservation staff with contractors and owners or large landscapes to find water savings.
Sprinkler Inspection Program - Closed for the season
Interested in having a City of Bend water conservation staff member inspect an irrigation system for your customer? If so, feel free to request an inspection. Each inspection includes a visual inspection of the system running, tests for precipitation rate, soil type and pressure, and a one on one discussion with the owner or contractor on how to maximize the irrigation system for water efficiency.
