Thank you for your interest in receiving a patch from the Bend Police Department. In accordance with our current policy, we are only able to provide patches to individuals who are actively serving or retired from law enforcement.
If you are actively serving in or retired from law enforcement, please complete the information below and attach a copy of your current law enforcement employee photo identification card, or your retired law enforcement employee photo identification card.
