The Bend Police Department will be triaging access to the lobby. Staff will be at the front office from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., however, Police ask community members to first call by phone prior to visiting. Options will be posted at the facility.

The Bend Police Property and Evidence team is charged with maintaining the chain of custody of all seized evidence, as well as storing and releasing property held for safe keeping.

Hours to obtain property from the Bend Police Department's Evidence Room are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please schedule an appointment prior to coming in to the Police Department.

• Release of firearms requires a background check.  Please call for an appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: Property cannot be released without prior approval from the Investigating Officer, District Attorney or Court. Our Property Officer will not release any property without authorization directly from the above listed sources.
