The members understand that these meeting are not an opportunity to pursue personal agendas, or express complaints.  Rather, advice offered by committee members is constructive and based on community interests.  While problems and complaints may provide th basis for discussion, the purpose of the discussion is to identify solutions and offer constructive advice.
