The City of Bend is conducting a three part parking study to analyze current parking issues and develop a parking management plan.

Committee work was completed on May 18, 2017.  The Downtown Strategic Parking Management Plan and Appendix Report have been finalized and adopted through Resolution No. 3067 by City Council on June 7, 2017.

On October 16, 2015 the City Council created a Downtown Stakeholder Advisory Group (DSAC) for the Downtown Portion of the parking study. The DSAC provided the primary policy recommendations for development code changes, municipal code changes, and capital improvement program changes to implement the recommendations from the Downtown Parking Plan.
