Over the next two years, the City of Bend will conduct a three-part study that will inform the development of a parking plan for the City.
The project will begin with a Downtown Parking Study, followed by a Citywide Parking Study providing a technical review of parking requirements and policy for the entire city, and wrapping up with a study of the Galveston Avenue Commercial Corridor of Bend. Rick Williams Consulting and the City will conduct the study in three overlapping parts.

Part 1 has been completed. On June 7, 2017 the Bend City Council adopted a Resolution No. 3067 directing staff to implement the goals, strategies and recommendations of the City of Bend Downtown Strategic Parking Management Plan. Below are the adopting documents.
