The Land Use Planning Team is dedicated to providing professional planning expertise on City-initiated projects and studies which implement the Bend Comprehensive Plan.
Bend is one of the fastest growing cities in Oregon making it a challenge to maintain the character while improving the quality of Bend as growth occurs.
The work program for the Long Range Planning Division is directed by the Bend City Council through their annual goal setting. This year the Council Goals will build on the work completed with the adoption of the Bend Urban Growth Boundary.
