Our new online payment system is here! Invoice Cloud provides safe, easy, and convenient ways to pay your Utility bill online or by text 24/7.

Register your account to enroll in AutoPay and Paperless Billing, and gain access to the customer dashboard: invoicecloud.com/bendorutility. Registration is not required to view your bills and make one-time payments, but it is highly recommended.

For our customers’ safety and security, payment information from the old online payment system, Click2Gov, was not migrated to Invoice Cloud. Any online payments you currently have scheduled to process on or after May 18 in the old online payment system will not process! You will need to register an account with Invoice Cloud to re-enroll in AutoPay or set up scheduled payments: invoicecloud.com/bendorutility.

If you prefer not to pay online, you can still pay by phone, drop-box, or by mail.

Latest News: Offices Closed to the Public and Temporary Suspension of Water Service Shut-Off

Updated March 18, 2020 4:00 p.m.

In response to the developing events of the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the City of Bend Utility Department has temporarily suspended all water service shut-offs for non-payment. Utility customers will continue to be responsible for the water, sewer, and stormwater charges that accrue during this time. However, water services will not be shut-off.

Customers should continue paying their utility bill. Utility Billing staff will be proactively contacting customers scheduled for shut-off due to non-payment and field staff will notify customers through door hangers.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, beginning Thursday, March 19, 2020 all City facilities, excluding the main Police Department lobby, will be closed to the public.

Customers wishing to pay a utility bill are encouraged to make electronic payments if possible. To make your payment without visiting our office, the following resources are available:

  • Interactive Voice Response (IVR) phone payment system (541) 388-5515
  • Customer Service at (541) 388-5515 during regular office hours: Monday through Friday, excluding holidays: 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Online payments: invoicecloud.com/bendorutility
  • Drop Box located in the Wall Street parking lot of City Hall at 710 NW Wall Street
    • Checks or money orders only – NO CASH

For other inquiries email UtilitiesOnline@bendoregon.gov. We will respond within 2 business days.

For deliveries, please call Utility Billing at (541) 383-4889 during regular business hours (see above).
