  • Public Participation Plan
This plan includes a documented process for providing the public and others with reasonable opportunities to be involved in the BMPO transportation planning process.
  • Title VI Plan (Title VI of the Civil Rights Act)
This plan outlines the BMPO's commitment to non-discrimination and other related orders and enforcement regulations.
  • Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP)
