BMPO Policy Board

At BMPO Policy Board meetings, current transportation issues are discussed and status reports for current transportation studies and projects are provided. Board meetings may involve deliberation and decision-making related to transportation-related resolutions and/or BMPO plans and programs that are in the process of being developed or updated.

Meetings are typically held on the third Friday of each month. Below are details for the next scheduled meeting.

The BMPO is managed by a five-member Policy Board comprised of representatives from Bend City Council, the Deschutes County Board of Commissioners, and ODOT Region 4. All members have been appointed by their respective agencies. The agreement establishing the BMPO regulates that business procedures and decisions of the Policy Board occur in public meetings.
