Casey Roats

Casey Roats was elected to the Bend City Council in November of 2014, and on January 4, 2017, he was selected by the Council to serve as Mayor for a two-year term.

Casey is a fourth generation resident of Bend. He attended St. Francis elementary school at its original location across the street from City Hall in what is now McMenamins. Casey is married and has two daughters. He and his family love Bend because of all of the longstanding ties to the community as well as the lifestyle that Bend offers. He and his family enjoy the outdoors and horseback riding with their free time.

Casey sees his involvement at the Council as an opportunity to further serve the community so that Bend can be a place where those that work in Bend can afford to call Bend home as well.
