Standards and Specifications

The City of Bend Design Standards and Construction Specifications include the design criteria and construction standards for all public infrastructures in the City of Bend and apply to both City Capital Improvement Projects and private development projects.

Provided above is a summary of revisions to the City of Bend CAD Template. Please download the new Appendix A – Tier 3 Plan Set provided below.

Revisions in this notice will be effective July 10, 2025.
