The North Interceptor Sewer Line is a large diameter sewer transmission line that allows the City to decommission pump stations, increase sewer capacity and create the necessary connection for the future East Interceptor.

Phase 1 construction of the North Interceptor Sewer Line began in July 2019 at the Water Reclamation Facility.
During the month of October, crews will continue drilling and blasting work as they progress west on Gentry Loop. Work at the pump station includes concrete formwork and pouring.

March Update & Postcard Mailer
The City of Bend has identified the alignment for Phase 1 of the North Interceptor Sewer Line Project and is working to obtain required easements.
The alignment runs from Pioneer Loop to the Water Reclamation Facility (WRF). The city will hold an open house before construction where city staff and consultants will be available to describe the elements of the project, including what may be expected during construction and how access to the area might be impacted. Construction is expected to begin in Summer 2019.
